13. Attach the Latch Bracket (82) on the end of the

Storage Latch (85) to the Base (74) with two 3/8"

x 2" Bolts (67) and two 3/8" Nuts (10).

12. Have a second person hold the Frame (38)

during the next three assembly steps.

Attach the Latch Crossbar (91) to the Frame (38)

with two 1/4" x 1 3/4" Screws (84).
